Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days for major destinations (US, UK, EU, AU, UAE). Remote regions may take up to 20 business days. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to 244 countries and territories. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment in real time.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes. Tracking events can sometimes pause for 3–5 days while your package is in transit between sorting facilities. If there's been no movement for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@havenand.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll resolve it promptly.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You can check out as a guest using any card — no PayPal account required.

Why does the price show in a different currency at checkout?
Product prices are displayed in your local currency. Checkout processes in AED (UAE Dirhams) — your bank or PayPal will automatically convert at the current exchange rate, so you pay the equivalent of the price shown.

How do I know which product is right for my space?
Each product page includes dimensions, materials, and a description of the mood it creates. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.

Do products come with a warranty?
All electrical products (lamps, diffusers, speakers) carry a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if something isn't right.
