Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Email us at hello@havenand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the buyer, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
