Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. No hassle, no interrogation.
Condition
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible. If something arrived damaged, see below — that's a different process entirely.
How to Start a Return
Email support@havenand.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return shipping required on our end.
Not Eligible
Items that have been used or returned outside the 30-day window cannot be refunded. If you're unsure, just ask — we'd rather talk it through than turn you away.
